Amy Tucker - Miss Amy
Miss Amy was born in New South Wales and began dancing at the age of six and has never looked back. Miss Amy has studied Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Singing, Drama, Musical Theatre & Anatomy. Miss Amy completed her Royal Academy of Dance Advanced 2 ballet exam and after finishing high school moved to Melbourne to train full time performing arts. Here Miss Amy was awarded her Diploma of Performing Arts – Dance. Miss Amy began teaching in 2004. In 2006 Miss Amy travelled to America and trained with world know choreographers in Los Angeles to further her knowledge and skills. In 2009 she combined her love of children and dance and opened Amy Beccari Dance Studios. Miss Amy is a qualified AIDT jazz dance teacher and associate of the Australian Teachers of Dance. Miss Amy is married and she and her husband and three young children live in Brightwater and love living on the Sunshine Coast. Miss Amy is enthusiastic and passionate about life and feels blessed to teach dance to children.
Zoe Grant – Miss Zoe
Miss Zoe began dancing at the age of 7. Miss Zoe trained full time dance with Conroy Dance Centre in Brisbane in 2009. In 2009 Miss Zoe was also awarded the winner of the CSTD Gwen Mackey Award, the highest tapping achievement in Qld. Miss Zoe is a highly qualified teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (Ballet) Teachers certificate, CSTD Modern Jazz Diploma, CSTD Tap Diploma & CSTD Theatrical Diploma all under her belt. Miss Zoe has been teaching at Amy Beccari Dance Studios since 2011 and is a much loved teacher by our students. Miss Zoe and her fiancé will get married in 2016.
Kimlee McGurk – Kimmy
Kimmy has been employed as administration assistant with Amy Beccari Dance Studios since late 2012. A mother of 4 children herself, Kimmy is there to help you with any queries you may have and is hands on with Miss Amy behind the scenes running Amy Beccari Dance Studios.
